Meet The Owner Aerial Randle-Muse
Aerial Randle-Muse, a native of Yazoo City, Mississippi, was born and raised in a small town. After completing high school, she pursued her education at the University of Mississippi in Oxford.
However, it didn't take long for Aerial to realize that her true passion lay in the field of cosmetology. With this newfound clarity, she made the decision to leave Oxford and enroll in the Magnolia College of Cosmetology in Jackson, Mississippi.
Shortly after beginning her studies, Aerial discovered that she was expecting her first child. Despite this unexpected turn of events, she remained determined and committed to her dreams. A little over a year later, Aerial successfully obtained her certificate and passed the state board examination, officially becoming a licensed cosmetologist in the state of Mississippi.
Seeking further guidance and experience, Aerial seized the opportunity to work as an apprentice at Tony & Tina's salon, under the mentorship of Mr. Tony Brown. Under his tutelage, Aerial honed her skills and gained valuable insights into the salon industry. Slowly but surely, she began to build her own clientele.
However, faced with various challenges, Aerial decided to search for work closer to her hometown. She secured her first contract as a barber and beautician for the elderly at a Rehabilitation Center in Yazoo City. Simultaneously, she started building her clientele within her community, offering her services at her father's barbershop.
After two years of hard work and patience, Aerial and her father joined forces to establish their own salon in Yazoo City. At the age of 23, Aerial became the proud owner of Pure Perfection Hair Gallery.
As time went on, Aerial got married and, after six years, decided to let go of her contract with the rehabilitation center due to relocation. Together with her husband, she purchased their first commercial property in Clinton, Mississippi, marking the beginning of Pure Perfection Hair Gallery 2. Devoting an entire year to renovating an old restaurant building,
Aerial and her husband transformed it into a fully-fledged salon. At the age of 26, Aerial became a salon owner with two locations. Despite being a full-time mother and wife, she continued to grow her business, amassing over 400 clients between both salons. Returning to her passion for working with the elderly, Aerial secured a contract with a nursing facility in Brandon, Mississippi.
She finds fulfillment in helping the elderly feel beautiful and maintaining their appearance, despite their circumstances. Aerial hopes that someone will extend the same care and attention to her when she reaches that stage in life.
Each year, Aerial gives back to her community by providing complimentary hairstyling services to mothers and daughters during the holidays, as well as offering free haircuts to those less fortunate.
Last year, she also launched her own hair care line, Pure Hair Co., with the motto "Experience Hair Perfection." Aerials brand aims to nourish hair to perfection, offering the best solutions for a beautiful hair experience.
Driven by her desire to promote healthy hair and make her clients feel beautiful inside and out, Aerial continues to strive for excellence in the hair industry. She hopes to inspire aspiring stylists and salon owners, reminding them that with faith in God, anything is possible.
